From Member Associate III to Member Specialist: Victoria Rothschild-McColl's 5-Year KCU Journey

Since joining KCU, Victoria has demonstrated a passion for helping members succeed and a commitment to continuous growth. Over the past five years, she has advanced from Member Associate III to Member Specialist, building strong relationships with members and coworkers while delivering exceptional service every step of the way. Her dedication, positive attitude, and genuine care for others make her a valued member of the KCU team, and we are grateful for the impact she continues to make.

We asked Victoria a few questions about her time here at Kitsap Credit Union. Here's what she shared:

When asked what brought her to Kitsap Credit Union, Victoria said she was looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. KCU's focus on member service, community involvement, and employee growth immediately stood out to her. She was drawn to the organization's commitment to helping people find solutions and feel supported while working alongside a team that shares those same values.

During her time at KCU, Victoria has embraced opportunities to learn and grow professionally. She began her career as a Member Associate, where she built a strong foundation in member service, account management, and financial products. In that role, she enjoyed helping members identify solutions that fit their needs while developing lasting relationships. As her experience and expertise grew, she advanced to the role of Member Specialist, where she now assists with more complex member needs, provides in-depth product and service expertise, and supports both member satisfaction and organizational goals. Her career progression reflects her commitment to continuous learning and delivering outstanding service.

Reflecting on her favorite memories at KCU, Victoria shared that the relationships she has built with members are among the most rewarding parts of her role. She enjoys getting to know members and their families over time and helping them through important financial milestones, whether they are opening their first account, financing a vehicle, or working toward other financial goals. Seeing familiar faces and earning members' trust has made her experience especially meaningful.

Victoria also values the connections she has built with her teammates throughout the organization. From team-building events and volunteer opportunities to celebrations and employee gatherings, she appreciates the chance to build relationships beyond day-to-day work. She shared that these connections, combined with the relationships she's formed with members, have made her time at KCU both memorable and fulfilling.
