Summer Events You'll Love
Summer is just one month away, and we’ve got an agenda to keep you busy! If you’re looking for plans for your summer weekends, ways to get involved in the community, or wanting to try something new, we’ve compiled a list of family-friendly, budget-friendly, places to be! There are festivals, parades, car shows, and more.
Save the date for these Summer 2025 events:
Meeker Days
When: Friday, June 13 from 12 pm – 7 pm
Saturday, June 14 from 10 am – 7 pm
Sunday, June 15 from 10 am – 5 pm
Where: Downtown Puyallup and Pioneer Park
330 S. Meridian
Puyallup, WA 98371
What: Join us for this exciting festival including the 1st Annual Meeker Days Corn Hole Classic, craft vendors, food trucks, a beer and wine garden, fun for kids, family activities and more. Admission is free.
Tacoma Juneteenth Festival
When: Thursday, June 19, 11 am – 5 pm
Where: Stewart Heights Park 5715 Reginald Gutierrez Ln, Tacoma
What: Join us at this free event to celebrate Juneteenth! This event features 100+ vendors, food trucks, live performances, educational resources, kids play zones, and more.
56th Annual Fathoms O’ Fun Grand Parade
When: Saturday, June 28 starting at 6 pm
Where: Downtown Port Orchard, Bay Street
What: Wave to the KCU team as we walk in the parade filled with other fun participants!
20th Annual MoPar Magic Car Show
When: Sunday, July 27, 9 am – 2:30 pm
Where: Penninsula High School, 14105 Purdy Dr NW, Gig Harbor, WA 98332
What: Come enjoy all the MoPar Magic Kitsap Peninsula has to offer! There will also be food, drink, and merchandise vendors, plus a charity raffle to support the Kitsap Shop with a Cop program.
Gig Harbor Uptown Summer Concerts
When: July 10th, July 17th, July 24th, July 31st, August 7th, August 14th
Where: Gig Harbor Uptown Pavilion
What: Free local music for all! Enjoy the sun and music that lightens the mood!
Tacoma Pride Festival
When: Saturday, July 12
Where: Downtown Tacoma, entrance into The Festival is 9th and Pacific Avenue
What: Celebrate Pride with us at the Tacoma Pride Festival!
Kitsap Pride Festival
When: Saturday, July 19
Where: Kitsap County Fairgrounds
1400 Fairgrounds Rd NW, Bremerton, WA 98311
What: Celebrate Pride with us at the Kitsap Pride Festival!
Shred Fest – Port Townsend
When: Saturday, August 16, 10 am - 1 pm
Where: Kitsap Credit Union Port Townsend Branch (1165 Landes Court Port Townsend, WA)
What: Bring up to two grocery bags of your confidential paperwork to be shredded or a donation of your choice. Donations will benefit Dove House.
Bremerton Blackberry Festival
When: Saturday, August 30, 11 am - 8 pm
Sunday, August 31, 11 am - 7 pm
Monday, Sept. 1, 11 am - 6 pm
Where: Bremerton Boardwalk and 2nd Street in downtown Bremerton
What: Blackberry lovers, this one is for you! Enjoy 0ver 150 vendors, live music, blackberry wine, beer and more all while taking in the beautiful PNW sun!
Kitsap Rodeo and Stampede – Tough Enough to Wear Pink Night
When: Friday, August 22, 6:30 pm
Where: Kitsap County Fairgrounds
What: Grab you favorite pink get-up and scoot on over to the Kitsap County Fairgrounds for the Kitsap Rodeo and Stampede supporting breast cancer awareness.
