Certificate Management Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply when you choose to make modifications to your certificate during the renewal period. The terms “you” and “your” reference the member, and the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “the Credit Union” and “KCU” refer to Kitsap Credit Union. 

Modification requests submitted through digital banking will be effective if the request is submitted within the designated modification or grace period, as outlined in Truth-in-Savings disclosure and Certificate Maturity Notice. If the modification request is received outside the designated modification or grace period, KCU will reject the modification request. KCU is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the rejection of a modification request submitted outside the designated period. All modification requests are subject to approval. KCU reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. By proceeding with your modification request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

You have options for making your payments!

The easiest way is with LoanPay. Provide your external account information and set up a one time or recurring payment for free! Here’s how: 

  1. Login to Online Banking or our Mobile App. 
  2. Select Loan Pay from the Payments tab online, or from the More menu in the app. 
  3. Follow the steps to add a new External Pay From account. You'll need your financial institution's routing number and your account number with them. 
  4. Once your External Pay From account is validated, you’ll be able to initiate one time or recurring payments.
