Your welcome packet will arrive in the mail within 7-10 days.

  • Complete loan terms and payment schedule
  • Information about your included savings account
  • Instructions for setting up Digital Banking
How To Set Up Digital Banking

Payment Options

To make a payment before receiving your welcome packet:

  • Call us at 800.422.5852 for payment assistance
  • Visit any branch with your photo ID to make a payment
  • Mail a check with your name and address to PO Box 990, Bremerton, WA 98337

Once you have your account number and have set up Digital Banking, you can:

1. Transfer from another KCU account

  • Log in to Digital Banking (online or mobile app)
  • Select "Transfer"
  • Choose your KCU account and your auto loan

2. Pay from an external account: 

  • Log in to Digital Banking (online or mobile app)
  • Select "Loan Pay" from the Payments menu
  • Follow steps to add and validate your external account
  • Set up one-time or recurring payments

Additional payment options include bill pay through your bank, mail, in-person at any branch, or by debit card*.

Insuring Your Vehicle

Your peace of mind is important! Full coverage insurance is required for the life of your loan.

Submit proof of insurance within 15 days of signing your loan contract.

Your insurance policy must include:

  1. Kitsap Credit Union as LIENHOLDER/LOSS PAYEE with PO Box 58790, Tukwila, WA 98138
  2. COMPREHENSIVE and COLLISION coverage with deductibles NOT exceeding $1000
  3. Collateral matching your loan documents
  4. Policy Number, Policy Period, Company Name, and Comprehensive/Collision deductibles
