Our September 2026 Sticker of the Month
At KCU, every Sticker of the Month tells a story, and our September 2026 sticker celebrates something at the heart of the credit union movement: the power of people coming together.
Created in collaboration with Kitsap Credit Union Member Associate II, Madison Worland, this month's design is inspired by the idea that great things happen when individuals, organizations, and communities work side by side toward a common goal. Through a playful and approachable illustration, the sticker reflects KCU's commitment to partnership, connection, and the credit union philosophy of people helping people.
Inspired by the Power of Community
The concept behind the sticker came from a simple but meaningful idea: while individuals can accomplish a lot on their own, even greater things are possible when we work together.
"The ingredients are good by themselves, but together they are even better, just like our members," shared Worland. "When we work together with the community, the results are great."
That message is brought to life through three familiar campfire favorites, a graham cracker, marshmallow, and chocolate bar, each illustrated with friendly faces and holding hands. The charming design reminds us that every person plays an important role and that meaningful connections make communities stronger.
A Fun Design with a Meaningful Message
At the center of the sticker is the phrase, "Together Smore Is Possible," a playful twist on a classic treat that reinforces the importance of collaboration and mutual support.
The lighthearted artwork reflects KCU's welcoming spirit while serving as a reminder that success is rarely achieved alone. Whether it's helping a neighbor, supporting a local business, volunteering in the community, or reaching financial goals, progress is often the result of people working together.
The design captures the warmth, friendship, and sense of belonging that are central to both campfire gatherings and the credit union experience.
Holding On to Summer a Little Longer
While the sticker's message focuses on community, it also embraces the transition from summer to fall.
"I want members to feel like the credit union is welcoming and that we are here to stick together with them," Madison said. "I also want them to feel like we can hold onto summer for a little while longer."
The nostalgic imagery of s'mores evokes memories of summer nights spent with family and friends, creating a sense of warmth as the seasons begin to change. As children head back to school and routines shift, the sticker serves as a reminder to stay connected to the people and communities that support us throughout the year.

This month's sticker is designed to inspire feelings of togetherness, belonging, and optimism. It reflects the idea that when people combine their talents, resources, and support, more becomes possible for everyone.
