Our December 2025 Sticker of the Month
We’re wrapping up the year with a Sticker of the Month that’s bursting with charm and seasonal cheer. December’s design features a cozy collection of Scandinavian-style gnomes (affectionately known as Gonks) all gathered inside a sparkling snow globe. It’s a playful, light-hearted piece perfect for the holiday season.
This month’s sticker was created by Phoenix Di Corvo, Kitsap Credit Union’s Digital Media Graphic Designer. Phoenix’s creativity shines through in every detail of the design.
The inspiration began with her fondness for the classic Scandinavian gnome look, “I think the Scandinavian style gnomes with their hats pulled down to their nose are so dang cute!” Phoenix shared. While exploring ideas, she remembered that in the UK, these little characters are often called Gonks—a name she says “is just so perfect.”
Phoenix designed the sticker with one goal in mind: to spark joy. “I hope this fun sticker makes people smile,” she said. You’ll even spot a thoughtful nod to Kitsap Credit Union hidden within the design, “You'll see a Gonk for each dot in our logo.”
And fun fact: this design almost made its debut last year. “The idea for this sticker came to me in 2024,” Phoenix told us. “We almost had Gonks instead of the gingerbread family last year!”
