Member Specialist, Perry, Celebrates 5 Years
Please join us in wishing Perry Stevens a Happy 5 Years as he celebrates his anniversary today! We want to express our thanks to Perry for his dedication to serving our members and being an amazing team member of the past 5 years. His passion for helping others truly comes through in his work.
“I needed a new debit card because my old one expired,” said a member in a recent Yelp Review. “I stood in line for a minute, then a fella named Perry greeted me and said he could help. He answered every question; he got me a new credit card that can tap to pay; and it took maybe 20 minutes from leaving my car to getting back in. It's not every day that you get customer service like I got this morning, and I wish every person alive could be like Perry.”
"Honestly, what brought me to KCU was the Mission statement," said Perry. "I was very interested in working for a company who was local and involved in the community. Then I read the Core Values, and I was SOLD!"
When Perry first started at Kitspa Credit Union, he began as a Contact Center Associate. Through his hardwork and dedication, he has moved to Contact Center Team Lead and is now a Member Specialist at our South Kitsap Branch.
When asked what his favorite memories are at KCU, Perry shared, "Seeing all my colleagues being promoted and especially the ones who have been under my leadership. I love that KCU promotes within and ensures everyone has the tools and support to be successful.
"I also love all the life stories our members share with me; I know their kids' and pets' names, where they plan on vacationing, etc. I love building the relationships with ALL of them."
