Kitsap Credit Union is proud to introduce Sarah Hall as the new Branch Manager of our Belfair location—bringing with her over a decade of banking experience, a strong commitment to serving members, and deep roots in the Kitsap community.

Sarah has been part of the Kitsap Credit Union family for the past 7.5 years, and her passion for member-focused service is what continues to drive her. “What drew me to KCU and keeps me here is how we always put our members first and stay deeply involved in the communities we serve,” she shared. That commitment is exactly what makes her an ideal fit to lead our Belfair branch.

A Leader Focused on People, Service, and Community

Sarah’s goal as Branch Manager is simple but meaningful: to get to know the members she serves and ensure each one feels supported in every step of their financial journey. Whether it’s guidance on home equity, auto loans, personal loans, or credit cards, Sarah and her team are prepared to help members navigate with confidence.

Her leadership style centers on listening—understanding what people need, what they’re working toward, and how KCU can make their goals more accessible.

Rooted in Kitsap, Ready to Serve Belfair

Sarah grew up in Kitsap County and graduated from South Kitsap High School. Today, her connection to this region remains strong, both professionally and personally. Outside the branch, you’ll find her cheering on her son at football and baseball games or spending time with her family—including the family dog, Kam (lovingly named after Seahawks legend Kam Chancellor).

Joining the Belfair branch marks an exciting new chapter in her career. In the short term, she hopes to meet as many local members as possible and learn more about the community she now serves. Long term, her goal is to help Belfair thrive and continue shaping the branch into a place members trust, rely on, and feel welcome.
