Official Rules

These Official Rules govern the Kitsap Credit Union (“KCU”) Power Play Giveaway (“Promotion”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Promotion is sponsored by Kitsap Credit Union at P.O. Box 990, Bremerton, WA 98337.

NO PURCHASE OR MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Washington State who are 18 years or older. Kitsap Credit Union employees, volunteers, board or committee members, vendors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family includes: spouse, parents, stepparents, foster parents, in-laws, children, stepchildren, foster children, sons/daughters-in-law, grandparents, grandchildren, siblings, siblings-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and first cousins.

2. How to Enter

Participants may earn up to two (2) total entries per email address, one per qualifying action type described below. Entry limits apply to the email address used when completing the online entry form. Entry limits are applied per qualifying action type, with a maximum of one (1) Financial Wellness entry and one (1) deposit-account entry per email address.

A. Entry Method 1 – Complete a Financial Wellness Appointment

Earn one (1) entry by completing a Financial Wellness Appointment with a KCU staff member at a local branch. Participants enter by completing the online entry form accessed via branch QR code and entering the required Branch Code.

B. Entry Method 2 – Apply for a New Deposit Account (Personal or Business)

Earn one (1) entry by applying for a new personal or business deposit account with KCU.

· In-branch applications: branch staff will provide a QR code linking to the entry form, which must include the Branch Code.

· Online deposit applications: the application confirmation page will include a link to the entry form. Entrants must enter “Online” as the Branch Code. Online entries are eligible for the Grand Prize only and only one (1) deposit-account entry may be earned per email address, regardless of the number of accounts opened or attempted. Only one (1) deposit-account entry may be earned per email address, regardless of the number of personal or business accounts opened or attempted.

C. Alternative Method of Entry: To enter without completing a Financial Wellness Appointment or a deposit application, individuals may enter by mail. To do so, handwrite your full name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and phone number on a plain 3” x 5” white index card and place it in a standard envelope. Mail the envelope via the U.S. Postal Service to: Kitsap Credit Union, Attn: Marketing Department, 155 Washington Ave, Bremerton, WA 98337. Each entry must be handwritten, mailed separately in its own envelope, and must be received by Kitsap Credit Union no later than December 31, 2025. Mail-in entries count as one (1) entry toward the Grand Prize and are not eligible for branch drawings.

D. Business Account Entries

A business may earn one (1) deposit-account entry per email address, submitted by an authorized signer or owner. Entries are awarded per business, not per signer, and not per account. If a business entry is selected, the prize is awarded to the individual entrant, not the business entity.

E. Entry Requirements

Each entry form must include:

· Full name

· Email address

· Phone number

· Branch Code (where applicable)

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, or submitted using automated means will be void. KCU may verify that the qualifying action occurred and may disqualify fraudulent or ineligible entries.

3. Entry Deadline: Begins December 2, 2025 at 10:00 am Pacific Time (PT) and ends on January 30, 2026 at 6:00 Pacific Time (PT). All entries—online or mail-in—must be submitted or received by this time to be eligible. Kitsap Credit Union reserves the right to modify these dates and times.

4. Odds of Winning. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each drawing. KCU may disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process and may modify or terminate the Promotion if it cannot be completed as planned.

5. Prize Details

A. Branch Prizes

Each participating branch location will award one (1) KCU + Kraken Gift Basket (approximate retail value: $350). Only entries submitted with that branch’s Branch Code (from in-branch appointments or in-branch deposit applications) are eligible for that branch’s drawing.

B. Grand Prize

Four (4) tickets to the Seattle Kraken game on Saturday February 28, 2025: approximate retail value: $1,584.

Eligible entries for grand prize include:

· Financial Wellness entries

· In-branch deposit account entries

· Online deposit account entries

· Mail-in alternative method entries

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

A. Selection Dates

· Branch prize winners will be selected by random drawing on February 4, 2026.

· Grand Prize winner will be selected on February 4, 2026.

B. Notification

Winners will be notified by email or phone on February 4, 2026. If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) business days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Claiming the Prize:

· Branch Prize winners must pick up their prize at the branch location that corresponds with their Branch Code.

· Grand Prize winner must be able to accept tickets electronically via Ticketmaster or the Kraken app.

· Government-issued photo ID is required.

8. Publicity & Marketing Consent. By entering, the winner consents to Kitsap Credit Union using their name and/or image for promotional, advertising, or other legitimate business purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Photography of the winner may be used in Kitsap Credit Union materials.

9. Taxes. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with accepting the prize. KCU is not responsible for any tax obligations incurred by winners.

10. Official Rules & Winner List. For a copy of these official rules or a list of the winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope with your request to:

11. General Conditions

Kitsap Credit Union further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Promotion if it is not capable of completion as planned, including because of infection by tampering or unauthorized intervention.
