    • I made a payment through Bill Pay and it shows completed but the money hasn't been deducted from my account.

This would likely mean that the payment was sent from Bill Pay as a draft check. The funds will be debited from your account when the payee receives and deposits the check. If there has been an extended period since the bill payment was completed, please contact the recipient to confirm if they received the payment.

You can review the type of payment that was sent to your payee from your Online Banking account. Click the Payments Tab, then the Bill Pay section and it will be listed on the right-hand side under the "Recently Processed Payments" Section.

Clicking the magnifying glass next to the payment will provide the payment that was sent, either electronic or check. If it was sent as a check, it will provide the check number and address it was mailed to.

You can contact us to review your account further.
