Jennifer Soule, Business Services Lead

Meet Jennifer Soule

Meet Jennifer Soule, Business Services Lead here at Kitsap Credit Union. She first joined our team in 2019 as part of our Silverdale Highlands Branch working directly with members but transitioned to our Business Services Department in 2021 where she has served as a key resource for business members ever since.

In her current role, Jennifer supports business members by assisting them with their accounts, services, and financial needs. She works closely with the KCU team to provide guidance and ensure our members enjoy a smooth experience.

When asked what her favorite parts of her role are, Jennifer said, “I’ve worked in credit unions for over 20 years, and I’ve always been drawn to the “people helping people” philosophy. I love going above and beyond to provide best-in-class service for all members—whether their needs are big or small. I also enjoy building strong relationships with our business members and supporting our staff to ensure they have the tools and guidance they need to succeed.

Jennifer’s colleagues describe her as a well-respected business banker, dedicated to members’ needs, supportive, and compassionate. “Jennifer has become a trusted and well-respected business banker, and truly one of the best in the area,” said Megan Murphy, Director of Business Services. “Her thoughtful approach and ability to listen and uncover business needs are skills she has refined and perfected. Jennifer is nimble and takes on new challenges with a smile, all while balancing high demand and workload. She supports not only our business members but also trains and supports others across the organization. Jennifer is as dedicated to helping our members succeed as she is to supporting her teammates and reflects KCU’s core values in everything she does.

“Jennifer is an exceptional colleague, dedicated employee, and a passionate advocate for our business members,” said Meranda Montgomery, Business Services Specialist. “She's widely regarded in the community as one of the most trusted and highly recommended business bankers. Beyond delivering outstanding service to our members, Jennifer has been instrumental in launching our CDFI program—working tirelessly to test the application process and ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved. Her compassionate and patient approach makes her an incredible support to her team. Jennifer adds immense value and is truly an irreplaceable asset. We’re all deeply grateful for her contributions.

Over the past six years, Jennifer says her favorite part about being a team member at Kitsap Credit Union is the opportunity for growth and learning and feeling that what she does truly makes a difference, “I appreciate that I’m given a voice to help make an impact—especially when it comes to changes that help our business members grow and succeed,” she said. “When I first started in this position, it was just myself and my manager, Megan Murphy. Since then, we’ve rolled out several new products and services and hired several new employees. It’s such a great feeling to look back at where we started and where we are now. With a little hard work and dedication, together it’s possible. Our department has an incredible support system, and it’s been amazing to see how far we’ve come over the past few years.

“I want to express my gratitude to our amazing team and our members,” Jennifer added. “It’s truly rewarding to work alongside such dedicated colleagues who share the same commitment to helping our members succeed. Every day, I’m reminded that the work we do makes a real impact, and I’m proud to be part of that.”

Thank you being here, Jennifer. Thank you for all you do!
