Bill Pay Upgrade

What you need to know

We are upgrading our bill pay service and redesigning the tools to enhance your experience, focusing on a new, modern look, and faster transaction times. There are a few key dates you’ll need to keep in mind for the updates, and a few actions we recommend that you take to smooth out the transition. Members who utilize eBills must reactivate their eBills on or after July 28th to ensure payments continue after the update.

Key Dates:

Downtime Period: July 20th through July 28th.

During this time, our Bill Pay service will be temporarily unavailable. Any previously scheduled bills during this period will be processed, but no changes can be made to new or existing scheduled bills.

On July 28th Bill Pay will be available once again, sporting new updates and improvements.

Recommendations:

It is advised that all Bill Pay users download or print their Bill Pay History prior to July 20st, as it will be unavailable during the downtime period.

To Access Bill Pay on July 28th:

  1. Agree to New Terms and Conditions. When accessing Bill Pay for the first time on or after July 28th, you'll be prompted to agree to the new terms and conditions.
  2. Update Payee Information. Some payees with incomplete or outdated information will be flagged, and payments will not be processed until the information is updated.
  3. Reactivate eBills. Any eBills will not convert automatically and will need to be manually reactivated. Any current automatic payments set up based on your eBill will not be processed after July 28th.
