Let's Get Your Emails Back on Track

Step 1: Check Your Spam Folder

• Open Yahoo Mail and click on "Spam" in the left sidebar
• Look for any emails from us (they'll be from noreply@email.kitsapcreditunion.org)
• If you find any, click "Mark as not spam" at the top

Step 2: Add Us to Your Contacts

• Click on any email from us
• Click the "Add sender to contacts" link (it looks like a person with a + sign)
• Save the contact

Step 3: Create a Simple Filter (Optional but Helpful)

• Go to Settings (gear icon) → More Settings
• Click "Filters"
• Click "Add new filters"
• In the "From" field select ‘contains’, type: noreply@email.kitsapcreditunion.org in the field below
• Choose "Inbox" as the folder
• Click "Save"

That's all there is to it! Your emails should now arrive in your inbox
