Dolle received this most deserved honor for his over twenty years of volunteerism in providing support to health related organizations throughout Kitsap County.

In nominating nurse Dolle for the award, American Red Cross worker Linda Cota said, in part, “despite his full-time schedule, Ed has made time to volunteer at the Crisis Clinic, the Washington State Nurses’ Association and the Red Cross.  He has touched the lives of countless Kitsap County residents by providing CPR and first aid training over the last 12 years.  He also trains others to become instructors.
