With online statements you will be able to view your statements over the web, download and save them on a floppy disk, and print them from home. When you sign up for online statements, you will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail saving excess paper and a few trees.
Here's how it works:
- Log into CU@Home;
- Click on the "Online Statements" link in the menu;
- If you have not previously signed up, a registration screen will appear:
- Read and accept the disclosure
- Complete the brief registration form
- You will begin receiving your statements online during the next statement cycle. Any statements prior to your registration will not be available online
- If you have previously signed up, you will go directly to your statements.
Discontinuing online statements:
- Click on the "Online Statements" link in CU@Home;
- Click the "Change Registration" button;
- Click on "Discontinue Accounts";
- Verify the account number that will be discontinued and click the blue "Discontinue" button;
- Read and accept the disclosure, then click the "Yes" button.
Note: Once discontinued, statements received online will still be available for a period of one year. Simply log on to Online Statements to view them.
